墨爾本 Melbourne:Whisky and Alement Bar

再次來到澳洲墨爾本市中心威士忌酒吧 Whisky and Alement,上次來試過了Tasmanian Lark Distillery,這次全為了要試塔斯曼尼亞酒廠Tasmanian Dark Valley Whisky,因為其他威士忌酒吧沒有了、都賣清了。於Whisky and Alement威士忌酒吧一口氣試晒Dark Valley Whisky系到Hunter’s Keep (Port)、Widow’s Watch (Bourbon)及Raven’s Rest (Sherry),從來鍾情深色雪梨控的我卻對只限量釀製34瓶Dark Valley Whisky Hunter’s Keep (Port)印像最深刻,也是最喜歡的。


Dark Valley Whisky - Hunter’s Keep (Port, 34 bottles)
TN: Cherry, raspberries and chocolate, dried apricots, rich fortified wine, nutmeg and cloves, and notes of chewy and spicy oak tannins

Dark Valley Whisky - Raven’s Rest (Sherry, 32 bottles)
TN: Red fruits and berries, syrupy sugar boiled sweets, plum jam, and notes of cinnamon toast with English breakfast tea and light eucalyptus

Dark Valley Whisky - Widow’s Watch (Bourbon, 33 bottles)
TN: Caramel and burnt crème brûlée vanilla, bakery brioche, fresh fruits like bananas and pears, and tropical notes of pineapple and coconut
